Or skip this: your profile is still remembered on this phone.
Step 1 of 3
Tap Connect phone
On your tag's screen, tap Connect phone. If it says Tap here to set up, tap it first.
Your tag has no internet, so sign in before this step.
Join the tag's Wi-Fi
Open your Camera, point it at the code on the tag and tap Join. The tag's Wi-Fi stays on for 3 minutes.
Come back and send
Come back to this page and tap Send to my tag. Your tag should say Profile saved.
After sending, your phone goes back to its usual connection.

Wear it name-out
Hang your tag on the lanyard with the screen facing out. It's your name badge, and facing out it also finds your matches better.
Two buzzes means a match
When someone who matches you has been close for a few seconds, your tag buzzes twice. So does theirs.
Look for your name
When you match, both tags light up in the same colour and style: yours shows their name, theirs shows yours. Look around for a glowing badge that says Looking for : that's your match.
Lift your tag to see who and why. It goes back to your name after a minute, or tap it to close it sooner.
Under the name: something you share, then your part of iceBaeker, a quick game for two, like the one above: one of you gives clues or picks, the other guesses or answers. Then tap Bae or Nay on your tag. It looks the same either way: you find out on your phone after the event, and only a mutual Bae is ever shown.
After the event
Return your tag at the desk. Your Matches then show everyone you met, with their LinkedIn.
Return your tag at the desk. Matches then shows everyone you met, with the Bae or Nay you tapped: you have some time to change any of them (the page says until when). After that it shows the people you both said Bae to, with their handle.
Sign in with Google to keep them after the event.
Privacy
Your answers (first name, hobbies, quick picks, what you're looking for, your Human Design type if you gave it, and who you are and would like to meet) are written to your NexSwap tag for this event. Only your first name shows on it.
To find matches, your tag broadcasts your hobbies, quick picks, what you're looking for, your type and who you are and would like to meet over Bluetooth to the other tags here; anyone nearby with a Bluetooth scanner app could read them, but not your name. When your tag matches someone, it also broadcasts your first name, and both tags show each other's first name.
Signing in is optional. If you continue with Google, your first name, handle, hobbies, quick picks and what you're looking for (and your type) are saved to your NexSwap account (Supabase, Singapore region). When you return your tag, we copy who it matched and whether you tapped Bae or Nay, and for a while after the event (the organiser sets how long, from minutes to two weeks) you can change any of them on the Matches page; we save what you change it to. During that time the people you matched see your first name, your photo if you added one and what you have in common, but not your handle or your choice. Who you are and would like to meet is never saved. After that, the people you both said Bae to (and only them) see your first name, handle, photo and your whole dating profile: what you're looking for, your type, your quick picks and hobbies. Nobody is told about a Nay. A photo is made smaller on your phone before it's saved, which also removes its location and camera details. Your dating profile and matches are deleted after 30 days, or any time with the button below.
Without signing in, nothing is saved to an account and you won't see your matches. This phone remembers your answers so you can send them again quickly. The organiser resets every tag after the event, which clears your answers from it. This event is for people aged 18 and over.
Your profile (first name, company, title, LinkedIn URL, interests and goals) is written to your NexSwap tag, which shares your first name, interests and goals with other tags nearby so you can be matched.
If you continue with Google, the same profile is saved to your NexSwap account (Supabase, Singapore region) so you can reuse it at future events. We use your Google sign-in to identify your account, and save your Google email only for your matches to see, unless you untick “Share my email and LinkedIn with my matches”. You can delete your saved profile and matches at any time below.
Your tag remembers who you matched with. When you return your tag, we copy its matches to your account, and your matches can see your name, company, title, interests and goals (and your email and LinkedIn, unless you turned that off), but only if their tag matched you too, so nobody can look you up without having actually met you. This page also remembers which tag is yours, and a code from your tag that lets only this phone make it buzz in How it works.
Without signing in, your profile is only kept in this browser on this phone and matches can't be saved.
Your matches
People your tag matched with appear here after you return your tag at the end of the event.
